Pricing for Domestic Works
Quotes for installation work are free of charge and without obligation. Fault finding and project development work will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Call us today to discuss your electricial and plumbing requirements.
Country and Town offer flexible charge rates, these are explained below.
Note: The prices charged to property agents and to commercial and industrial clients will be discussed on a one to one basis. Please contact us for further information on call-out charges, day rates and management contracts. pricing structure
Option one: Fixed priced quote
This option applies to all project and skilled technical work. It excludes small non-technical maintenance jobs and emergency calls. An appointment will be made with you to discuss your requirements and view the job. We will then provide you with a fixed price quote that will include materials, labour and all other charges.
Option two: Pay by the hour
Standard labour charge:
£35.00 per hour - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 8.00am - 5.59pm
The standard labour charge excludes VAT and materials. Charging commences when a plumber, electrician or maintenance man arrives on site. Minimum charge is one hour with additional time billed in one hour increments for each 1 - 60 minute period used thereafter.
Standard day rate:
£200.00 per day - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 9am - 4.30pm (including breaks)
